How are printed clothing items made?

All of our printed clothing is created with the latest in printing technology. The inks used are water based and eco-friendly. This gives each item a soft and comfortable feel.   

Because we use a special solution for printing, sometimes the drying process can leave a slight discoloration or off-white residue on clothing. Don’t worry! These are not stains and will wash right off during their first wash cycle.

What if I see a design on a tee that I love, but would rather have a tank top?

Not to worry. Most of our designs are printed on all of our product types. So if you see a design on a tee, the same design should be available for both men and women on all of our tees and tanks.

How long does it take to process my order?

Clothing and mugs are printed on demand. Typically printing is completed within 2-5 business. Most print on demand orders are shipped within 3 business days. Orders for all other items are processed within 1-3 business days.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Shipping times vary depending on the shipping destination. For destinations in the United States, shipping services are provided by UPS and USPS with varying shipping options. For destinations outside of the United States, shipping services are provided UPS, USPS, and DHL Express also with varying options.

Will I receive a tracking number for my order?

Yes. During the checkout process you can elect to be notified by email or text message when your order is shipped. The notification will contain a tracking number.

Will I receive an order confirmation email?

When your order is submitted you will receive a confirmation email or text message. If you do not receive an order confirmation email, please check your email spam or junk folders. If you are still unable to locate the confirmation, please email contact@eastofalta.com to confirm that your order was received.

How can I stay up to date when new products are released?

Visit our website regularly. We are creating new designs all the time. Typically, our newest designs are displayed on the homepage of our website. You can also follow East of Alta on social media.
